Kingdom of Polybius, Part 2

Okay, did a little more digging. I talked to my grandpa, and he told me there was one thing our ancestors have passed down through the generations:

It's some kind of archaic safe. Well, I say archaic but it's extremely advanced for being made in the 10th century - it's got a combination lock system! There's two dials on it with 26 letters on each of them. Above it is a crest with an engraving that says: "UIF OBNF PG PVS GJSTU RVFFO". I can't tell if that's a different language or just completete nonsense, but it doesn't make cracking the code any easier. And this safe is tough as hell, I can't just smash it open. It'd take too long to just brute force it, so I'll try to think of what the code could be. I already tried "KP" and "PK" for "Kingdom of Polybius" and "Polybius's Kingdom". Once I figure it out, I'll update as soon as I can!
